When a leaders needs help to improve team
performance, Team Climate System proves invaluable
The Team Climate Survey (TCSe©) is a tool designed by Nick
Davies, Managing Director of Capstone International to help
teams understand their strengths and weaknesses and improve
their performance.
What Team Climate System can do for you:
Based on confidential responses to a questionnaire, TCS produces
a comprehensive picture of the way the team is currently working
and the factors that are impacting its performance. More importantly,
the ensuing discussion enables the team to start facing the
issues that are reducing or preventing achievement and prioritise
the key areas for improvement. This in turn develops ownership
of the process.
The
Team Climate Survey is used across single and multiple
teams to create a fast effecting catalyst for performance
improvement. We administer the survey on behalf of clients
and provide an online support service for all users throughout
the process. The TCS is powerful as a development tool
across global teams as well as local groups.
