MSA Interactive Offers Free
Training to Charities
MSA Interactive, specialists in on-line assessment and development
tools, announced today that the company will provide its staff
development services free of charge to 12 registered UK charities
throughout 2007, one each month of the year. The company plans
to work with charities that support education and training
in the UK and abroad.
The announcement comes at a time when charities are at their
busiest - the Christmas season - and when competition for
scarce resources has never been greater. In order to maximise
their effectiveness, charities, like businesses, are starting
to prioritise staff development. CEO Vandy Massey sees the
New Year as an opportunity for non-profit organisations to
prepare for next Christmas and beyond. "MSA Interactive
will partner with some of our training associates to provide
a 360 Review and a one-to-one feedback session for senior
executives at each charity that we work with," Massey
said. "The package will be delivered at no cost, and
with no obligation to work with us beyond the month in which
we provide our service. This initiative will allow the charities
to benefit from our training without depleting their operating
funds."
MSA's 360 Review tool is a managed online utility that enables
organisations to improve the performance of employees by identifying
their strengths and development areas. In a one-to-one feedback
session, the results of reports are used to create specific
action plans for the employee.
Charities wishing to take advantage of MSA Interactive's
2007 Initiative should contact Vandy Massey, either by email,
on contact@msainteractive.com, or by post, at MSA Interactive,
PO Box 972, Whittlesford, Cambridge CB2 4WQ.
