We have very successfully worked jointly with MSA Interactive to deliver the 360 feedback online tool and supporting coaching.

Our range of clients has been wide: Huntingdon District Council (CEO and directors), Active Hotels Cambridge (entire management team) and Sealed Air, the UK division of an international manufacturing company based in St Neots. (cross section of users). With HDC the tool was used successfully to meet a specific top team alignment need but with Active Hotels the 360 has been introduced as part of the annual review process for all managers, with the plan to roll out to all employees next year.

MSA Interactive has been involved in a major client project with Hayfield Group. They clearly have significant and valuable expertise which meant that all aspects were delivered to time, with an energy and attention to detail of the highest standard. The project was complex and required different skills and input:
  • Client facing skills, giving clear explanations to non IT people about the technical needs.
  • Transforming the competency framework into workable statements for the 360 and 180 appraisal
  • Designing an excellent product that was easy to access and use
  • Excellent back up and support information that could be tailored for the client both in hard copy and for their intranet
  • Access to dummy reports which are very helpful for the client
  • It required an extensive mapping process to ensure that all the values and behavioural statements were loaded accurately at the right levels and under the right competencies, following all the many amendments made
  • Excellent time management and working to time on all the key deliverables
  • Good technical skills with the system working as anticipated
The plan is to continue to use this system for future appraisals and to start creating a history of common themes and challenges that are facing the organisation
